Paulina Seyfried (she/her) describes herself as disabled, queer and white. With a background in art and visual studies, she works primarily as a structural consultant, cultural producer and mediator. From a crip-queer-feminist perspective, she focuses on collaborative, interdisciplinary cultural projects and organisational development. In addition to various independent projects, Paulina Seyfried has worked at the Rautenstrauch-Joest-Museum, at Temporary Gallery for the Ceative Europe project Islands of Kinship, Festival Theaterformen, insert female artist – literarisches Forum für feministische Stimmen, Akademie der Künste der Welt and for un-label.
2025 Paulina is a mentee at Gropius Bau. Funded by the “pik – Programme for Inclusive Artistic Practice” of the Kulturstiftung des Bundes (German Federal Cultural Foundation). Funded by the Beauftragte der Bundesregierung für Kultur und Medien (Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media.
In 2021 she received the research and work grant for visual arts from the city of Cologne, from which her mapping Manege der Gegenwart developed.
Paulina has been part of the Advisory Board for Cultural Participation of the City of Cologne since 2022.
