Paulina Seyfried (she/her) describes herself as disabled, queer and white. With a background in art and visual studies, she works primarily as a cultural producer and structural consultant. From an inclusive perspective, her work focuses on collaborative and interdisciplinary cultural projects and organisational development. In addition to various independent projects, Paulina Seyfried has worked at the Rautenstrauch-Joest-Museum, the Temporary Gallery for the Ceative Europe project Islands of Kinship, the Festival Theaterformen, insert female artist – Literaturforum für feministische Stimmen and the Akademie der Künste der Welt in Cologne. She has been working as an inclusion consultant at un-label since July 2024.
In 2021 she received the research and work grant for visual arts from the city of Cologne, from which her mapping Manege der Gegenwart developed.
Paulina has been part of the Advisory Board for Cultural Participation of the City of Cologne since 2022.
